At Playjector, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time Once shipped, estimated delivery time is 6-12 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any current shipping promotions (such as free shipping) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if any delay affects your order.
